Hello APICS Members and Friends
Happy New Year from APICS Maine! January always brings that sense of new beginnings, doesn't it? It's the time of year when we tend to set goals for the future. When it comes to career goals, there is no better way to advance your career than by earning an APICS certification. APICS offers three different certifications, one that will surely fit your needs and career goals. And did you know that research shows that APICS certification holders earn 12-16% more than their non certified counterparts? What could you do with a 12% pay increase? Why not find out?
And by the way, if you missed our Holiday Mixer at Allagash Brewing in December, you missed a fun event! APICS Maine was proud to recognize Shaun Sazue and Adam Faietta as Students of the Year, (see their photo below). Allagash Brewing Co was recognized as Company of the Year, and Tove Rasmussen was recognized as Volunteer of the Year. Congratulations, one and all!
New certification courses start in April! I look forward to seeing you in class!
